DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for one (1) Horizontal Boring Machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 19-25-1012 and other attachments to the solicitation. Performance period completion date is 224 days after receipt of order. Solicitation number SPE4A8-21-Q-0009 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue an unrestricted, firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, click on the Solicitations tab and enter solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen. Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Abode Acrobat reader. This software is available free at https://www.adobe.com. This is a re-solicitation of the cancelled requirement SPE4A8-20-Q-0071 for one (1) Horizontal Boring Machine. Interested parties must re-submit offers under the new solicitation SPE4A8-21-Q-0009. All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine capability which may be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted no later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be register on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov/SAM/), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All quotes received after the closing date listed may be considered “late” and may not be considered for award. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about January 15, 2021 and closing date of February 15, 2021.
