Request for Quote SPE4A820Q0048 will be Unrestricted. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-35-1102, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, training, tooling, IUID and installation requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination, and the Final Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available on or about 03/02/2020 for 60 Days via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dl/a.mil.
