Complete technical data package VIBB 19-25-1026 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirement will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-20-Q-0039 is anticipated to issue on February 6, 2020 and close on March 23, 2020. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be Total Small Business Set Aside. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
