This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract to install A CNC Large Capacity Pipe Bender with complete installation to include structural, mechanical and electrical installation. Contract completion is 210 days after contract award. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a site specific facility. Applicable documents of specifications and standards will be available. Other requirements are required and this synopsis is not inclusive. This is a full and open competitive solicitation and quotes are being requested from vendors. Any responsible business source capable of meeting the requirement may submit technical, delivery, pricing and past performance data sufficient to determine capability. . All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/), and have a valid DUNS number, CAGE code, and Tax Identification Number. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This solicitation will be available on or about February 6, 2020.
