Qualified parties that can manufacture or legitimately obtain the listed supplies may submit a response for review. To be reviewed as an Approved Source, a company must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package as outlined in the attached JACG SAM HB document. The SAR must demonstrate that the prospective contractor can manufacture the product to at least the same quality as the currently approved item, with the burden on the contractor.
