Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to establish a 5-year Indefinite Quantity Contract for a specific linear AC parts kit, with an estimated annual quantity of 40 units. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources. Interested parties have 45 days from the publication of this notice to submit a proposal for consideration. The solicitation, including technical data, is estimated to be issued on March 16, 2026. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for an award.
