Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a request for proposal for a 5-year indefinite quantity contract to supply a specific plain, extended nut for the Seawolf Submarine. The contract term is 60 months with a required delivery schedule of 124 days after receipt of order. The estimated annual quantity for the base period is 18,560 units each. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement with full and open competition, and inspection and acceptance will be at the origin. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 20, 2026, and proposals must be submitted in writing.
