The award will be for a 5-year base period. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 40 EACH. Production units will be FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin. Item is critical and deemed a Navy Critical Safety Item. Export Control applies. Surge does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The OEM is Lockheed Martin Corp. (CAGEs 98897 & 563J1) in accordance with part number 695802-17 or LM200SA47. Approved sources are Lord Corp (CAGE 76005) under p/n 200-SA47 or LM200SA47, DERCO Aerospace (CAGE 8X044) under p/n LM299SA47, Lockheed Martin Services, LLC (CAGE 1WL60) under p/n LM299SA47 and Lockheed Martin Aeroparts (CAGE 0A489) under p/n LM200SA47. DLA Aviation does NOT possess technical data on this part. Any other interested manufacturing contractor will have to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package for approval to be added as a source by the assigned ESA.
