The Estima... An Unrestricted solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-99-509-8300, a CUSHION, SEAT BACK, A. The award will be for a 5-year base period. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 48 EACH. Production units will be FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Surge does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The OEM is Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd. (CAGE U1604), p/n MBCS12634-1AAISS.1. The approved state-side distributor is Allied Defense Industries (CAGE 0GD25). There are no other approved sources. Any other interested contractor would have to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package for approval to be added as a source by the assigned ESA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
