IN ORDER TO BE A QUALIFED MANUFACTURER OR DEALER/DISTRIBUTER, SUPPLIER MUST OFFER THE EXACT SPECIFICATION AND BE LISTED ON THE APPLICABLE QPL ON THE ACQUISITION STREAMLINNG AND STANDARDIZATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (ASSIST). THE CURRENT CERTIFIED SUPPLIERS ARE DAVIS AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS (CAGE 98313) AND ANCRA INTERNATIONAL (CAGE 0VU83). THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION). THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 14,000 EACH. DELIVERY WILL BE 2,000 EACH PER MONTH (30 DAYS) BEGINNING AT 365 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE WILL TAKE PLACE AT ORIGIN. FOB IS AT DESTINATION.
