THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION). THIS DLA DIRECT PROCUREMENT IS FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE TYPE CONTRACT FOR A QUANTITY OF 15 EACH.
