A solicitation will be issued for End Item: Engines, NSN 2840-01-412-7537, Seal, Air, Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine, IQC 1000177450. Term of the contract: 60 months. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The required delivery is 320 days ARO for FAT Report and 285 days after FAT approval for production units. Critical Application Item. Configuration Control Item. NAICS is 336412. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open after exclusion of sources procurement. FOB is at Destination. First Article Terms: Inspection at Origin, Acceptance at Destination. Production Unit Terms: Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Potential sources: Eaton Corporation (CAGE 15284), General Electric Company (CAGE 99207), Jetseal Inc. (CAGE 0HRD8), and Octagon Industries, Inc. (CAGE 1QQT7). This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the 5-year base period will be 208 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
