A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-016234886. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. A Digital Mylar and Export Control Restrictions apply. Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. Delivery is 90 days for the First Article Samples, 195 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 335 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 620 days. SURGE does not apply to this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. A Reverse Auction may be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate.
