DARO for delivery of the production units. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin, FOB is Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select “Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)” from the menu under the tab “Solicitations.” Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is on or about 02/11/2022. DLA does not have the technical data packages for these items. If your company desires to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for this NSN, you will be required to submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package contains all of the technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacture the product to the same level of quality, or better, than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
