A solicitation will be issued for: F/A-18 Hornet Reporting Group, NSN 1680-01-628-4201, Cable Assembly, F-A, IQC 1000136631. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The required delivery is 135 days ARO for FAT report and 259 days after FAT approval for production units. Contractor Production Lot Testing is required. Configuration Control Item. Critical Application Item. Navy Critical Safety Item. NAICS is 314910. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open after exclusions of sources procedures. Intended sources: The Boeing Company (CAGE 76301/CAGE 0PXV4), Leidos, Inc. (CAGE 1S1Q8), and Aviation Systems Technologies, LLC (CAGE 518G9). Only offers from small business concerns will be considered. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for a base period of five years with zero (0) options will be 112 each. Surge requirements do not apply. This solicitation includes Note L09, Reverse Auction. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as “Militarily Critical Technical Data.” Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document.
