A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 2840-014443304. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 2840-014443304 Aircraft Metallic Seal Estimated Annual Demand Quantity – 36 each Minimum Order Quantity – 9 each Maximum Order Quantity – 36 each This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) The approved sources of supply are as follows: REXNORD INDUSTRIES, LLC 91587 P/N 1-2638-4 BELL TEXTRON INC. 97499 P/N 901-346-585-101 FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Source Control as well a Critical Application Item and Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export Control restrictions apply. Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. Delivery is 174 Days ARO SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. A Reverse Auction may be conducted online, and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation.
