The current approved source of supply is: ETI TECH LLC, CAGE 07YQ3, P/N 160305-1. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one year base period and four option years. The estimated annual demand is 8 EA. The required delivery schedule is 114 DARO for delivery of the production units. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin, FOB is Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. The current approved source of supply is: ETI TECH LLC 07YQ3 P/N 160305-1. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability by response no later than 6/9/2021 to Earl Burnette at earl.burnette@dla.mil. If your company desires to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for this NSN, you will be required to submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package contains all of the technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacture the product to the same level of quality, or better, than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
