This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract which will include multiple NSNs. A total of 3 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1). FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for multiple NSNs. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-015543005 AIRCRAFT WINDOW PANEL Estimated Annual Demand is 12 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 3 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 12 each. Delivery is 315 days for the First Article Sample, 150 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 217 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 682 days. NSN 1560-015543006 AIRCRAFT WINDOW PANEL Estimated Annual Demand is 12 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 3 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 12 each. Delivery is 180 days for the First Article Samples, 150 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 206 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 536 days. NSN 1560-015543063 AIRCRAFT WINDOW PANEL Estimated Annual Demand is 16 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 4 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 16 each. Delivery is 315 days for the First Article Samples, 150 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 217 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 682 days. These are Air Force Critical Safety Items (CSI) as well as Critical Application Items. Export Control Restrictions apply. Items cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. SURGE is not required for this procurement . Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).
