Other than full and open competition, potential sources: The Boeing Company, CAGE 82918 and Harlow Aerostructures LLC, CAGE 14248. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for a base period of five years with zero (0) options will be 12 each. Surge requirements do not apply. This solicitation includes Note L09, Reverse Auction. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as “Militarily Critical Technical Data.” Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. The Government is seeking parties having an interest in and the resources to support NSN 1560-01-632-5929, Panel, Structural, AI. This item is currently manufactured by: The Boeing Company (CAGE 82918) and Harlow Aerostructures LLC (CAGE 14248) under part number 520-14560-1. Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. Additionally, potential sources may be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting production requirements, long-lead time parts procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage issues, and shipping serviceable assets. The estimated annual quantity is 12 each. The unit prices will be established at the time of a contract award. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
