This solicitation is for a quantity of 35 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: L3 HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (14304) P/N AN/PRC-152A(V)4(C). The required delivery is 152 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 12 May 2021. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. SOURCES SOUGHT: RADIO SET The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 5820-016320692, RADIO SET. There is one approved source of supply: L3 HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., (14304) P/N AN/PRC-152A(V)4(C ). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
