The required delivery is 532 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, Export Control, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is December 15th. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
