SOURCES SOUGHT: Tool Kit Electrica; The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 5180-01-665-5008, Tool Kit Electrica. There is one approved source of supply: Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc, (1CAY9) P/N TEK-ASJ-80066. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332216. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. A 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 2840-01-433-2716, a SEAL, METALLIC, AIRCRAFT. The award will be for a 5-year base period. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 1340 EACH. Production units will be FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin. NSN is deemed an Air Force Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing and Export Control apply. Surge requirements DO NOT apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The OEM is Raytheon (CAGEs 52661 & 77445), part number 4081140-01. Approved sources are ACMT, Inc (CAGE 0JWE8), Turbocombustor Tech. (CAGE 64043) and AGC Acquisition LLC (CAGE 98500).
