The part being procured is RADOME for NSN 1560-01-266-3547. There is one approved source for supply: SAINT GOBAIN, CAGE 86228 with Part Number 4081X-1-2-V1 The Estimated Annual Quantity is 18 each. The required delivery schedule is 129 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Refer to PROC NOTES: C06, L18, M07, and L19. Offerors must complete a capability assessment plan online and submit a copy as part of the proposal.
