This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year option years. The part being procured is FILTER, FLUID for NSN 1650-01-616-1990. There is one approved source for supply: TRIUMPH THERMAL SYSTEMS, CAGE 01359 with Part Number 1413177-1. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 360 each. The required delivery schedule is 181 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Refer to PROC NOTES: C06, L18, M07, and L19. Offerors must complete a capability assessment plan online and submit a copy as part of the proposal. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 26 AUGUST 2020.
