Approved Sources are Lockheed Martin (81755) and Aerospace Commercial (1XKR3). This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 84 each. This is a Critical Application item with Export Control. This is a not a critical safety item per MMO3 CIM. This is not a commercial item. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination for FAT. The Delivery Objective is 134 days ARO for the delivery of Government First Article Exhibits, 90 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 268 days for delivery of Production. The requested total delivery would be 492 days or best possible. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin.
