Solicitation for End Item: Helicopter, Chinook, CH-47, NSN 2995-00-136-2412, PR 0084230218, P/N: DS-922348 and/or 35CA0120. This is an other than full and open competition, firm fixed price definite quantity acquisition for 29 each. Configuration Control apply; THIS IS NOT A CSI; NAICS 336412. Potential Sources: EATON AEROSPACE, CAGE 62983 AND AUTO-VALVE, CAGE 91511. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Delivery Schedule: 60 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2 Million certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) Package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. If time does not permit evaluation of SAR Packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
