SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The DLA AVIATION is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for 2995-01-222-1765: DAMPER, OUTER, ANTI-ICING VALVE. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 148 each. Production units will be FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. Surge requirements DO NOT apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The OEM is Megitt (North Hollywood), Inc. (CAGE 79318), part number 320970. There are no other approved sources at this time.
