The current approved sources of supply are: PPG Industries, Inc. DBA 53117 P/N 70206-01003-044 Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA 78286 P/N 70206-01003-044 This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one year base period and four option years. The estimated annual demand is 641 EA. The required delivery schedule is 120 DARO for delivery of the production units. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin, FOB is Destination. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) applies. Additional FIT check is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. If your company desires to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for this NSN, you will be required to submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package contains all of the technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacture the product to the same level of quality, or better, than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
