Solicitation replaces SPE4A7-19-T-537G; Solicitation for End Item: Aircraft, C130, NSN 1560-01-602-4946, PR 0080926553, P/N 3361784-1. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, firm fixed price definite quantity acquisition for 19 each. Export Control and Configuration Control apply; THIS AN AIR FORCE DESIGNATED CSI; NAICS 336413. Potential Sources: FRAZIER AVIATION, CAGE 23162; BEMSCO, CAGE 29560; AND INTERNATIONAL PRECISION, CAGE 3H683. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery Schedule: 783 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2 Million certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) Package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. If time does not permit evaluation of SAR Packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements.
