This solicitation is for a quantity of 25 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: Astronics Advanced Electronic 3E2Y8 P/N 1064-2. The required delivery is 333 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, Export Control, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 18 February 2020. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. SOURCES SOUGHT: CONTROL COLUMN, AIRC; End Item: V-22 VTOL Aircraft The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 1680-01-418-3257, CONTROL COLUMN, AIRC. There is one approved source of supply: Astronics Advanced Electronic 3E2Y8 P/N 1064-2. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
