The part being procured is: Windshield Panel, Ai for NSN 1560-01-486-4893. There are two approved sources for supply: PPG Industries, Inc., CAGE 53117 and Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286 both with part number 70206-01003-045. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 36 each. The required delivery schedule is 96 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Contractor First Article; Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Refer to PROC NOTES: C06, L18, M07, and L19. Offerors must complete a capability assessment plan online and submit a copy as part of the proposal. See PROC NOTE L18. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 16 MARCH 2020. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
