This procurement is unrestricted. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required for offers whose total pricing is under $2 million. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are authorized for small businesses. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item. SPRS applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
