This solicitation is for a quantity of 16 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: BASIC CONCEPTS (CAGE 0V4E7) P/N: BC1-ATB-50K-KIT. The required delivery is 54 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 13 APR 2023. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. SOURCES SOUGHT: 23R0491 SPILL CONTAINMENT U The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing a sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 4235-01-668-9796, SPILL CONTAINMENT U. There is one approved source of supply: BASIC CONCEPTS, (0V4E7) P/N BC1-ATB-50K-KIT. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
