This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and (4) one-year option periods for NSN 1670-01-353-8424, IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 81337 11-1-2780, REVISION NR U, DTD 11/4/2000, Part Piece Number: 11-1-2780-11, for a Bracket, Assembly, EAD quantity is 100. This is an Army Critical Safety Item. Certified Cost & Pricing Data is not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing are required. This is a Life Support Item, therefore Surplus Material will not be accepted for this procurement. This is an Export Control Item. This NSN is being set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only, offers from Small Businesses will only be considered. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. No surplus material will be accepted.
