Textile Testing, Government First Article Testing, and Production Lot Test are required for this NSN. Certified Cost & Pricing Data is not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. This NSN is being set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only, offers from Small Businesses will only be considered. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
