Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination for FAT. The Delivery Objective is 90 days ARO for the delivery of Government First Article Exhibits, 120 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 374 days for delivery of Production. The requested total delivery would be 584 days. Subcontracting plan is not needed. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin.
