NSN 1660-01-339-2224, CAGE 99251, P/N 1601312-1, Oxygen Regulator, Overhaul Kit. All NSNs/P/Ns are sole source to Carleton Life Support, CAGE 99251. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, three-year base period and no option periods. Phased delivery is authorized and acceptable. FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Duration of contract period is 36 months. This requirement is an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. All part are of critical application, configuration-controlled, and a higher-level contract quality inspection system is required. Surge and Sustainment is not required for any of the parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
