This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 93 each. This item has enhanced export control requirement.. This is a critical application item. This is an Air Force critical safety item per Critical Item Data Viewer. This is not a commercial item. Government First Article Testing (FAT) is required. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination for FAT. The Delivery Objective is 120 days for the delivery to submit test and Government First 60 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 514 days for delivery of Production. The requested total delivery would be 694 days ARO. Certified and Cost and pricing data are required at submittal of proposal. Small Business Subcontracting plan is needed when proposal is submitted. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. This is a small business set-aside Full and Open Competition.
