This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 74 each. Enhanced Export Control requirement applies. This is a not a critical safety item per Product Master. Item is not commercial. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination for FAT. The Delivery Objective is 30 days ARO for the delivery of Government First Article Exhibits, 120 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 569 days for delivery of Production. The requested total delivery would be 719 days. Subcontracting plan is not needed. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin.
