The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Richmond is issuing a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify companies capable of manufacturing or legitimately obtaining a specific close tolerance bolt (NSN 5306-01-317-4318). The current approved sole sources are AVIBANK MFG., INC. and SPACE-LOK, INC. with their respective part numbers. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government, and no funds are available to pay for preparation of responses. Interested parties must submit a response and participate in the Source Approval Request (SAR) program to be qualified as an approved source, providing technical data to demonstrate their product is equal to or better than the current item. The SAR package must be sent to DLA Weapons Support Richmond.
