This is a firm fixed-price contract for 118 Stator Assemblies for the Stratolifter C/KC aircraft, with a required delivery schedule of 134 days after receipt of order (ARO). The government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the approved original equipment manufacturers, A&B Foundry, LLC and Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc., under an Other Than Full and Open Competition justification. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal competitive request, proposals from other interested parties received within 45 days of the synopsis publication may be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. Award decisions will be based on price, past performance, and other factors, and any alternate product offered must be proven equal to the exact part numbers cited.
