The proposed contract has a base year and four (4), one-year options. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified awardee. A subcontracting plan may be required. Certified cost and pricing data will be required per FAR 15.403-4. Higher level Quality System export control applies to this procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
