Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside indefinite quantity contract for 16 electrical load banks annually, supporting Nimitz Class aircraft carriers. The contract has a 5-year base period with no option years, and delivery is required within 292 days after receipt of order (ARO) to any facility in the Continental United States. Pricing will be evaluated based on the Estimated Annual Demand of 16 units. Offers must be submitted as a completed paper solicitation package, as electronic offers are not acceptable. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 16, 2026.
