This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-01-162-9710, BOLT, SHEAR. The requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is a 3/R item in accordance with the following approved sole source of supply and part number: SPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC, CAGE 80539 P/N 80489-6-10 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. Estimated annual demand quantity is 4,673/each per base year and each option year. This is a Critical Part. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Source is required covering DLA Direct requirements only. Surge requirement does not apply. Required delivery is 70 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
