This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5315-01-159-0157, PIN, HOLLOW– 05F/ AIRCRAFT, STRATOLIFTER C/KC The requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1/C item in accordance with the following approved sources of supply and part number: THE BOEING COMPANY CAGE 81205 P/N 69-71217-1 C. E. MACHINE CO., INC. CAGE 3L665 P/N 69-71217-1 A. J. ASSOCIATES MANUFACTURING & ENGINEERING CO. INC. CAGE 3Z260 P/N 69-71217-1 HOLLYWOOD MANUFACTURING, INC. CAGE 7T729 P/N 69-71217-1 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. Estimated annual demand quantity is 675/each per base year and each option year. This is an Airforce Critical Safety Item. Government First Article Testing requirement applies. Export Control applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. The terms are FOB Origin with Critical Item Inspection/Acceptance at Source is required covering DLA Direct requirements only. Surge requirement may or may not apply. Required delivery is 604 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
