This is a 1/P item in accordance with the following approved sole source or approved sources of supply and part number: SPS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC CAGE 56878 P/N 73244D14-48 SPS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC CAGE 06725 P/N AIC8527-14D48 ACUFAST AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS CAGE 4GP55 P/N HS4924-14D48 SONIC INDUSTRIES, INC. CAGE 57928 P/N SII1265-14D48 SPACE-LOK, INC. CAGE 16258 P/N SLB289-14D48 VALLEY-TODECO, INC. CAGE 06710 P/N VCC0109-14D48 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. Estimated annual demand quantity is 2004/each per base year and each option year. This is a Critical Application Item (Critical Part). Inspection at Destination is required. Surge requirement may or may not apply. Required delivery is 138 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
