This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5310-009468342, NUT,PLAIN, SLOTTED, H. The requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1/G item with drawing number MS9364-17. The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. Estimated annual demand quantity is 6,330/each per base year and each base year. Surge requirement does not apply. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. FOB Origin Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required covering DLA Direct requirements only. Surge requirement may or may not apply. The required delivery is 166 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
