This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a Long-Term Contract which will include NSN: 5310-01-348-8316, NUT, PLAIN HEXAGON– 72A/ TRUCK HEMTT in accordance with the following: OSHKOSH DEFENSE LLC 75Q65 P/N 2HL467 ACCURIDE CORPORATION 73195 P/N 32185 SUBURBAN BOLT & SUPPLY CO 7W108 P/N A04304800FLGB0 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance is five (5) years to include a one (1)-year base period and four (4), one (1)-year option periods. The requirement will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSBs will be considered. Inspection at Destination is required. This is a 1/C item. Estimated annual demand quantity is 103,903/each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement may or may not apply. Required delivery is 157 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
