A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract. The original equipment manufacturers and only approved sources are Howmet Global Fastening Systems, Inc (CAGE 15653) P/N: H54656-9 and P/N: HS4133V9, Bristol Industries, LLC (CAGE 27238), P/N: BH00685V9, and The Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613), P/N: HS4133V9. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN: 5310-014631772, quantity 27,530 each. The delivery schedule is 560 days ARO. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 52.246-11, Higher-level contract quality requirement applies. The solicitation issue date is on or about December 10, 2024, in accordance with 19.502-2 -- Total Small Business Set-Asides. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the approved source.
