ONLY VENDORS proposing CANNON LOAD BANKS, INC (0GHG1) P/N L-63 WILL BE CONSIDERED under PR number 1000178945 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with 1 3-year options for CANNON LOAD BANKS, INC (0GHG1) P/N L-63. NSN: 6150-01-631-3247, LOAD BANK ELECTRICA; COMMERCIAL OFF THE SHELF (COTS) NO SURGE REQUIREMENT NAICS 334515 Required delivery is 140 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 48 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 3-year base with no option, for a total of three years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 19 January 2024. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable.
